ERDAL Law Firm is delighted to announce the further strengthening of its practice with the appointment of Tarkan ERDAL as the managing partner of the Firm.

Tarkan ERDAL is a graduate of Istanbul University Faculty of Law having LLM degree on private law from Marmara University. He is a PhD candidate from Istanbul University Faculty of Law on private law. Mr. Erdal is a registered lawyer of Istanbul Bar Association and one of the first authorized mediators registered with the Department of Mediation of the Ministry of Justice. Moreover, Mr. Erdal is one of the founders, board member and secretary general of Mediation Association.

Mr. ERDAL is an active member of the Sports and Sports Law Commission of Istanbul Bar Association and a reserved Board member of Sports Law Institution Association. He has also authored a number of works for various legal publications, tv and newspaper interviews. Mr. Erdal is a legal expert registered with Istanbul Bar Association. Furthermore, he is a former member of the Discipline Committee of Turkish Golf Federation.

Tarkan ERDAL’s practice encompasses litigation, dispute resolution, debt recovery, enforcement of judicial and arbitration awards, sports law, real estate law, inheritance law, commercial law, administrative law, corporate and contract law and M&A matters.
